Dear staff of Timezone,
My name is **********and I frequent your arcades alot. I usually hang around the one at Causeway Point, and to tell the truth , it is one of the best around here in Singapore. Recently , I was at the joint at Cineleisure,Orchard , and I found a game which appealed to me, called Mozarc. I really liked the game and I wish that TimeZone staff can try their utmost best to get that particular game in Causeway Point. But I have another request to make. As we usually frequent popular games , people end up swiping their cards while other people are still playing. I don't mind this, as it prevents a particular person from hogging the machine, especially when there is a huge crowd who wants to play that particular game. But most machines have a option to let the current player choose to restart the game from their current point of progress. I also do not mind this as it allows the player to learn their previous faults and to improve. But as I mentioned before, people tend to swipe while the current player is still playing the game. So, there is the small chance that they might accidentally hit the restart button, and due to that, the person after the current player loses the credit. A small minority of the people would be gracious enough to pay back the credit to the person , but most of the time, the person at fault(current player) runs away without paying the credit back , leaving the person after him poorer by a credit. Alot of us, especially those who frequent the arcade , hate it when we encounter this problem. But my opinion tells me that this is not just a matter of accidence and chance , but rather the lack of honesty within the person at fault to pay the person after him/her back. It has not only happened once. I am very displeased at the fact that the people lack honesty, to repay the person after him/her. I sincerely request a notice to be put up, if possible , at all joints of TimeZone stating that if there is a person at fault, he can be punished or a penalty of some sort. Especially at a particular gaming machine called DJ Max Technika , where the restart button is commonly pressed by accident.
